For gestorías and advisory firms that handle immigration

Your client uploads the papers. The EX and Mercurio come filled in.

Each client has a case with what is missing, what they have uploaded from their phone and what is about to expire. You file, on Mercurio and with your certificate: the program fills in, it does not file.

No card · you pick a plan at the end

  1. 01The client uploads papers from their phone and they land on their requirement.
  2. 02The EX form comes filled in from the client file.
  3. 03The extension fills in Mercurio and shows you what it will type first.
  4. 04Anything about to expire warns you 30 days ahead.

EU servers (Paris) · Each organisation sees only its own data

What your client reads

Your client reads “your gestor” or “your adviser”, not “your lawyer”.

Your name and logo appear where the client uploads their papers, in the sign-up form, on the signing screen, on the payment screen and in the emails they receive. And where the text refers to whoever handles their case, the program uses the word for your trade. You pick it when you start and change it whenever you like in Settings.

In all plans, Starter included.

The web address is still immigraflow.io: for now you cannot use your own domain.

Mercurio and Justicia

On Mercurio, the extension fills in. You file with your certificate.

You open the form on the government site, pick the case and the Chrome extension types the client's data and yours as filer into each box, after showing you what it will type and how sure it is. If you are a registered gestor (colegiado), you file under the gestor modality with your certificate, as you always have. On the Justicia site, the nationality one, it works the same way. The filer block is neutral: the representative's company name, with no membership number.

Included in all plans. Chrome or a Chrome-based browser; the extension is in Spanish only.

It does not sign or file. You do that, with your certificate. Which Mercurio channel applies to you is your decision, not the program's.

Expiries

What expires, whose and when, on a single screen.

It tells apart documents with a printed date, such as the passport or the TIE, from certificates the authorities only accept freshly issued, such as criminal record certificates. The check runs daily and the warning goes out 30, 14, 7, 1, and 0 days ahead. Regularisation permits last one year, so their renewals come back to your desk during 2027: note the date on the document and the warning goes out by itself.

Expiry dates and deadlines, in all plans. The weekly check on stalled cases and the Google calendar, from Growth (€199/month).

It does not look into the electronic notification mailbox or the government sites: you are the one who spots that a request has arrived. What it does is make sure that, once you know, the date does not depend on someone remembering.

Companies that hire

If you handle work permits, the company gets its own portal.

You register the workers from an Excel, up to 100 per batch, and each one opens a case. The company sees, worker by worker, the procedure, its status and the next date. If the same person comes back to renew, their existing file is used and nothing is duplicated.

Company portal, from Growth (€199/month).

It handles the immigration procedure. Social Security registrations, contracts and payroll are not in the program.

Invoices

The invoice comes out of the case, with the fee as a suplido.

You issue the invoice from the case itself, with your gestoría's numbering series. The fee you advance for the client goes in as a suplido: no VAT and outside your taxable base. If you switch on VeriFactu in Settings, each invoice is sent to the tax agency (AEAT) when you issue it, with your certificate. A document that only carries suplidos comes out as a suplidos note and is not sent.

Invoicing with VeriFactu in all plans. Sending to the tax agency (AEAT) comes switched off, and you turn it on in Settings whenever you want. Splitting an invoice into instalments, from Growth (€199/month).

This is the case billing, not your accounting: the VAT ledger and your tax returns stay in the software you already use.

Catalan and other languages

The whole program is available in Catalan. Your client, in the language they speak.

You work in Catalan or Spanish, whichever you prefer. The client sees the portal in the language of their file and messages are translated both ways: what they write reaches you translated and what you reply reaches them in theirs. The case keeps both the original and the translation.

In all plans. Six languages in the portal: Spanish, Catalan, English, French, Arabic, and Chinese.

The Chrome extension is in Spanish only. A document that has to stand before the authorities needs a sworn translation, which is a different thing.

Pricing

Your client list

Coming from another program or from Excel? I load your client list for you.

You upload your files inside your account, the Excel or whatever your usual program exports, and I load them: clients and cases with their history. You type nothing.

No cost and on any plan. If you would rather do it yourself, bulk import from Excel is on every plan.

What it does not do

What it does not do, said before you ask.

A gestoría already has its accounting and payroll software. This is what ImmigraFlow leaves out, so you know where it stops.

  1. 01

It does not run your accounting. Case billing, yes; the VAT ledger and your tax returns stay in the software you already use.

  2. 02

It does not do labour work: no Social Security registrations, no contracts, no payroll.

  3. 03

It does not file or sign. It fills in the form and the Mercurio form, and you file, with your certificate.

  4. 04

It does not handle court appeals. A lawyer is required before the courts, and the program is not built for that.

  5. 05

It does not request or book an appointment for you.

  6. 06

It does not watch notification mailboxes or government sites. You notice a request has arrived; the program makes sure the deadline is not missed.

Questions

What gestorías ask before they start

01

Does it work if I am not a registered gestor?

For running the cases, yes: the file, the papers the client uploads, the expiries, the EX forms and the invoices work the same whether you are a registered gestoría or an advisory firm.

What changes is how you file. Mercurio's gestor modality is for registered gestores (colegiados) listed in the Consejo General de Gestores' register of representatives. If you are not one, you file through whichever route fits the representation you have on record, and you confirm that on the government site, not the program. The extension fills in the same way.

02

Does it file on Mercurio for me?

No. It fills in, it does not file. The extension types the case data into the boxes, shows you first what it will type and how sure it is, and you sign and send, with whichever certificate you use.

03

Will my clients read “your lawyer”?

No. The program writes “your gestor” or “your adviser” depending on the organisation type you choose, and your name and logo appear where the client uploads their papers, in the sign-up form, on the signing screen and in the emails.

You choose it at the start, in the first step, and change it whenever you like in Settings.

04

How many people from my team can I add?

As many as you need, on every plan: users are not counted. What sets one plan apart from another is what you can do and how many active cases you handle at a time, 75 on Starter.

New, in-progress, awaiting-documents and filed cases count. Resolved and closed cases stop counting.

05

Can I bring my list of clients and cases?

Yes, and it costs you nothing. You upload your files inside your account, from an Excel or from whatever your usual program exports, and I load them, with their history.

If you would rather do it yourself, bulk import of clients and services from Excel is on every plan.

06

Is it available in Catalan?

The program, yes, entirely. The portal your client sees comes in 6 languages. The Chrome extension does not: it is in Spanish only.

07

Does it work for nationality?

There is a nationality form and document list, and the extension also fills in the Justicia site with the case data. You do the filing, and the program does not replace any validation you have to go through before sending.

08

If I leave, can I take my data with me?

In part, and I will tell you exactly how. You download the documents of each case in a zip, and the invoices, expenses and analytics in CSV. Client files and each case's data do not have an export button yet: if you leave, write to me and I will help you get them out.
