The trial includes the full plan you choose, without modules. You add modules from the dashboard once you have your account.
It's 14 days on the full plan you choose (Growth, if you don't choose) and I don't ask for a card. Modules are not part of the trial. If you don't subscribe when it ends, the account becomes read-only and nothing is charged.
No. All prices on this page exclude VAT, and 21% is added when you are charged. For example, Starter is €99 a month, which comes to €119.79 with VAT.
It's the number of open case files you can have at the same time, not how many you handle in a year. Cases in these statuses count: New, In progress, Pending docs, and Submitted. When a case moves to Resolved or Closed, it frees up a slot. If you reach the limit, to open a new one you have to close another or change plan.
Annual billing is charged in one go and equals 10 monthly payments, so you save 2 months. Modules are billed on the same cycle as the plan. If you switch from monthly to annual, whatever is left of the current month is deducted from the first annual charge.
There is no minimum term. You cancel from the dashboard whenever you like and it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid, which is not refunded. A module, on the other hand, is removed immediately, and the unused part becomes credit on your next invoice. The details are in the terms, in the cancellation section.
The account becomes read-only: you can log in, look things up, download the documents in each case and export your invoices, but you can't create, change or send anything. It stays that way for 12 months after the service ends. Before deleting anything I email you 30 days in advance, and if you reactivate your subscription nothing is deleted. The invoices you issued and their VeriFactu records are kept locked for 6 years, because you are legally required to keep them.
You keep working as normal for 14 days while the payment is retried. If it is still unpaid after that, the account becomes read-only, just as if you had cancelled. Modules switch off from the first failed payment and come back as soon as it is paid.
Every charge has its own invoice, with VAT broken down and the tax ID and billing address you enter when you subscribe. You can download them whenever you like from the dashboard, under “Billing”. Payment is by card.
