2. Purpose and scope

This legal notice governs the use of the website immigraflow.io (hereinafter, “the Website”), which the Provider makes available to Internet users. The contracting of the platform by law firms is additionally governed by the Terms and Conditions.

Use of the Website confers the status of user and implies acceptance of the provisions contained in this legal notice. If the user does not agree with any of them, they must refrain from using the Website.

3. Services offered

The following services are offered through the Website:

  • SaaS platform for law firms: tools for managing case files, clients, documents, communications and billing for law firms and immigration professionals, contracted under the Terms and Conditions.
  • Client portal: the space where each firm’s clients follow their case file, by invitation of the firm.
  • Information and resources: blog, guides, tutorials and webinars about the platform and immigration case management, for informational purposes.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to: texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source code, is the intellectual property of the Provider or of third parties who have authorised its use, and none of the exploitation rights recognised by applicable intellectual property law shall be deemed transferred to the user.

The trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs published on the Website, including the ImmigraFlow brand, belong to the Provider or to third parties, and access to the Website does not confer on the user any right whatsoever over them.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation of the Website’s content without the express written authorisation of the Provider are prohibited.

5. Conditions of use

The user agrees to:

  • Use the Website in accordance with the law, this legal notice, good customs and public order.
  • Not use the Website for unlawful purposes, purposes that infringe the rights of third parties, or that may damage, disable or overload the Website.
  • Not introduce computer viruses, worms, trojans or any other harmful software.
  • Not attempt to access restricted areas of the Website without authorisation.
  • Provide truthful and up-to-date information in any form on the Website.

6. Disclaimer of warranties and liability

The Provider does not guarantee:

  • The continuous and uninterrupted availability of the Website, as maintenance or updates may be carried out that involve the temporary suspension of the service.
  • The absence of errors in the Website’s content, although a reasonable effort will be made to keep the information up to date.
  • That the Website’s content or artificial intelligence functions constitute legal advice. The information is merely indicative and informative and does not replace professional legal advice.

The Provider shall not be liable for damages arising from:

  • Interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone failures or disconnections in the operation of the system.
  • Delays or blockages in use caused by deficiencies or overloads in the system.
  • The actions of third parties, including unauthorised access to the user’s data, unless due to a breach by the Provider.
  • The lack of truthfulness or accuracy of the data provided by the user.

7. Links policy

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. The Provider is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of such external websites. The inclusion of these links does not imply association, merger or collaboration with the entities that own those websites.

8. Data protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy and, for the data that law firms enter into the platform, the Data Processing Agreement, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD). The use of cookies is explained in the Cookies Policy.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed in all respects by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from access to or use of the Website shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals that have jurisdiction under applicable law. Where the user acts in the course of their professional activity, both parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (Spain).

10. Amendments

The Provider reserves the right to modify this legal notice at any time, it being the user’s responsibility to review its content periodically.
