Translation provided for convenience

This English version of the Cookies Policy is provided for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between this translation and the Spanish version, the Spanish version shall prevail. The Spanish version is available at immigraflow.io/es/cookies.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet or mobile phone) when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, serve similar purposes. They are used to make the site work, to remember your preferences and, if you accept them, to measure how it is used and the results of advertising.

2. Cookies and technologies we use

2.1. Necessary cookies

These are essential to provide the service you request, such as signing in or paying, and do not require your consent.

2.2. Analytics and advertising cookies

These are only installed if you click "Accept all" on the cookie banner. If you reject them or make no choice, none of these tools are loaded.

None of them load on the pages used by the firms’ clients (the client portal and the intake, signing, payment, document-upload and questionnaire pages), even if they have been accepted.

2.3. Storage in your browser

In addition to cookies, the site stores the following data of its own in your browser:

NameSet byPurposeDuration
cookie-consentImmigraFlow (localStorage)Save your decision about cookies.Until you change it or clear the site's data
immigraflow_attribution, immigraflow_utmImmigraFlow (sessionStorage)Only if you accept cookies: save the campaign, landing page and referring site of the visit, which are linked to your registration only if you sign up. If you reject them, they are deleted.Until the tab is closed
Panel preferencesImmigraFlow (localStorage)Remember the case-list view, the side panel, sending messages with Enter, and notices already dismissed. Firm users only.Until you change them or clear the site's data

2.4. Measurement without cookies

Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights measure visits and site performance in aggregate, without cookies or persistent identifiers. Sentry logs technical errors and uses the browser’s session storage to group the data of a single error.

3. Third-party cookies

Google and Meta, if you accept advertising cookies, and Stripe, on the payment pages, may also set cookies on their own domains (for example, google.com, doubleclick.net, facebook.com or stripe.com). These are managed by them, with the duration they set, and are subject to their policies: Google, Meta and Stripe.

4. How to manage cookies

4.1. With the cookie banner

The first time you visit the site, a banner lets you accept all cookies or reject the ones that are not necessary. You can change your decision or withdraw your consent at any time with this button, which brings the banner back:

Withdrawing consent stops the analytics and advertising tools from loading again, but does not delete the cookies already stored: you can delete them from your browser.

4.2. With your browser settings

You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Here are the instructions for the most common browsers:

Note: if you block necessary cookies, some site features (such as signing in or making payments) will not work.

5. Updates to this policy

This policy is updated whenever the cookies used by the site change. Any change will be published on this page with its date.

If you have questions about this cookies policy, you can write to hello@immigraflow.io.
