    The case file, with its checklist

    You pick the procedure and the document list builds itself from what that procedure requires. Whatever arrives gets filed where it belongs, and you get notified of what's missing.

    The client portal

    You send a link. They log in from their phone, scan their passport with the camera, check how things are going and write to you from there. With your logo and your colours.

    Their language and yours

    They write in their language and you read it in Spanish. You reply in Spanish and they read it in theirs. The original is always kept on file.

    Mercurio and the signature

    The Chrome extension fills in the official forms with the case data. You review them, sign them with your certificate and submit them. No more retyping a NIE.

    The invoice, with VeriFactu

    You issue it from the file, with sequential numbering. If you switch on VeriFactu, every invoice is sent to the Spanish tax agency as it is issued, using your certificate. You get paid by card, or in instalments if the client needs it.

Chrome extension

On the government websites, with the case data

The ImmigraFlow extension works in your Chrome, on the official portals. It does two things: it fills in forms and it books appointments.

Filling in the EX on Mercurio

Included in every plan

You open the form on the portal, pick the case, and the extension fills in the fields with the client's details and the submitter's.

  • It works on the Public Administrations portal and the Government Delegations, on the Inclusion Ministry portal for large companies and on the Justice Ministry portal for nationality.
  • Before writing anything it shows you what goes in each field and how sure it is. You apply everything or only the surest matches.
  • It does not sign or submit: you do that, with your certificate.
  • It downloads the case documents so you can attach them without leaving the portal.

Book appointment

In testing: I switch it on firm by firm

From the case file you request the immigration appointment (cita previa) for that client. The extension searches the cita previa website and, if a slot appears, books it.

  • It searches from your Chrome, one request at a time and at a human pace. Chrome has to be open.
  • You do the «I'm not a robot» check, enter the SMS code and choose the certificate if you log in with one, when it asks you.
  • The appointment is saved as a deadline in the case file, with its receipt number.

Before you choose a plan

Will my clients see the ImmigraFlow brand?

The screens your client sees carry your logo and your colours: the portal where they upload documents, the intake form, the signing screen, the payment page and the emails they receive. That is on every plan, Starter included. What you cannot change yet is the web address, which is still immigraflow.io. There is no custom domain, and I would rather say so here than let you find out on day one.

Can I bring across the cases I already have?

Yes, at no extra cost. Bulk import of clients and cases is on every plan, because charging you to come in makes little sense. You can arrive from Excel or from whatever system you use today. If the import gets stuck on your data, I will look at it with you.

Is there a lock-in period?

No, no lock-in and no minimum term. You cancel from the panel whenever you want and your data comes out in a standard format, cases and documents included. That is deliberate: if another system ever suits you better, I want you to be able to leave without fighting for your own information.

Modules

If you only want one thing, you only pay for that thing

Some features do not define the size of a firm: either you use them or you do not. Those go separately, you add them from the panel whenever you want and remove them the same way. Build your own rate here and see what comes out.

Your plan

  • As soon as your client uploads the passport, TIE or contract, the name, NIE, dates and document number are already in the case file. You review and save, without typing anything.

  • The questions you get every day (“how long does it take?”, “which papers do I need?”) are answered from current immigration law. Nobody at the firm has to pick them up, and the real ones still reach you. It stays off until you switch it on in Settings.

    Your case files come in from Excel or whatever program you use now. If the import gets stuck, I look at it with you.

    Data encrypted on EU servers, GDPR compliant. Invoices run on VeriFactu and the adaptation status is published on this site.

    No lock-in. You cancel from the dashboard and take your case files and documents with you in a standard format.

    And if one day this disappears, your case files don't. They come out of the dashboard in a standard format whenever you say, the data lives on European infrastructure, and with VeriFactu switched on your invoices are registered with the AEAT under your own certificate, not only in here.
